My Truthful Religion is The Path to Righteousness

"started most probably as few guidelines and close tight rules to lead lifestyle, religion has been very dominant to the mankind. possibly imposing teaching and ideas of the early starters and practitioners, religion has been and still growing in many forms that help to nourish righteousness in human life by provoking humans to avoid committing sins. "
as proposed by many religion, the basic rules emphasised in every religion are basic virtuous things that only lead to mans' goodness. in every continent, or more accurate to say, in every land we can point, different religions grown together and differs from other part of continent/land which can be explained by the difference in culture. so, The Almighty who listens to everyones prayer in the world (nearly six billion of us) do keep each individual happy and unhappy at certain times.

adversity that comes to ones life is labeled as Almighty's tests that said to be a series of test that examine the depth of your faith and spirituality. pretty controversial and i would say those are escape lines (ex. God is testing you/It is Fate) that magically cures wound hearts.

despite the way you pray or which religion you believe, every human have their portion of spiritualism embedded in their brains. Spiritual Quotient (SQ -as some prefer to refer) is a portion of our routine thinking where it can be satisfied by any religious or nonreligious views. if that portion of their brain is satisfactorily filled, then one can say they are pious, spiritual or religious.

this idea is applicable even to atheist where their god is NO-GOD and their religious rules/guidelines (or Bible) is logical, experimental and concrete thinking. when they  (atheist) believe that there is no god, then they already convinced that they are pious (to religion called atheism).
as one can see atheism and non-atheistic religion as just mere guidelines to lifestyle, one can agree that all religion leads to one path - Path of Righteousness. or metaphorically can be said, same coin but different side of view.

Bunga Di Tepi Kubur

a litttle dedication to whomever that sacrifices their  needs, desire and efforts just to entertain others. appreciation is something that is not much practised in the society. not to blame them but their temptation around. this poem encloses the life of a corpse that unintentionally gives life to a seed to grow from the seed's point of view. the best part of the poem that i like is each line is alternated by 2 and 3 words . enjoy and indulge..

aku benih,
dikurung dalam tanah,
dihambat keras,
tak mungkin bergerak,
tubuhku kering,
tidak disiram dahagaku,
gersang jiwa...

namun aku,
dapat titisan air,
entah siapa,
ku fikir keliru,
terima kasih,
kepada penyiram jiwaku...

ku hairan,
aku rajin melihat,
air itu,
berasa hangat semacam,
baru kutahu,
punca hidup aku,
air itu,
bukan sebarangan air,
air mata,
penghuni sebelah aku...

tangisannya dalam,
ku tanya,
jawabnya hanya tangisan,
"ku mati,
dalam sengsara hati,
tidak terperi,
hidup tiada erti",
kini hidupnya,
berjiran dengan benih,
dalam tanah,
sunyi, sepi, selamanya...

ku membesar,
di tepi lahad,
dengan bekalkan,
limpah air matanya,
menatang hidupku
melihat dia,
si jiran  sedih...

dia masih,
menangis dalam kuburnya,
dia mereput,
ku tumbuh berdaun,
berputik jua,
setelah sekian lama,
banyak berbunga

walau dia sedih,
dia bangga,
besarkan aku seorang,
mengenali diri,
sebagai baka kemboja....

J A R A K antara C I N T A

when two hearts separated over a distance, the heart grow fonder and get more indulged in the love. separation can be metaphored as scorching drought in an oasis. being so away from the loved ones made me write this little fable. indulge... :D

pabila kasturi warnai awan
terbenam mentari dalam barat
menghembus nafas baldu
sebagai angin bayu
melintas bunga bungaan
menegur lebah lebah madu
melangkah dalam jiwaku
dibauri bau khusyuk mu

ku tersedar
mencari bebayang si dia
ku sedar
mimpi indah semata mata
bagai akar haus menanti hujan
bak tanah kontang melihat awan
kalbuku gersang
kerna jarak antara dua hati
jauh dua hati ini
bak daun keladi disiram
daun tak basah
ke tanah tak sampai
namun cinta kita
bagai cendana dalam atar
hilang dalam angin ribut
tak harum bunga melur

selamanya
semestinya
sehati sejiwa
seraga
hanya cinta

The Great Tamil Maxims

மு ழுத்தெல்லா்,தின் முற்றே
-agara muthala eluttellam, aathi bagavan muthettre ulagu-
nothing can be understood once read, but after some scrutiny, you can find tonnes of hidden meaning in the couplets.. and that what scribbled by Thiruvalluvar; and ancient Tamil philosopher. Thiruvalluvar wrote 'Tirukural' (meaning holy couplets in Tamil) as a guieline to be followed by humans 2100 years ago. it contains 133 chapters (or known as athikaram in Tamil) and each contain ten short couplets. He wrote in the South Indian Dravidian language of Tamil and his couplets cover a gamut of topics – from the divine to the role of a husband and wife, to gambling, liquor, medicine, politics and love. the 133 chapters are dived into three main sections :

  • section 1 - Aram (virtue/noble deeds) contains 30 chapters which defines honor, good of being less fortunete and conscence.

  • section 2 - Porul (means literally 'meaning') contains 70 chapters highlighting on realities of life.

  • section 3 - Inbam (means happiness) contains 25 chapters explains pleasures in relationships.

There are few advantages and glory of reading tirukural. it has its own splendour which makes tirukural authentic from any other literature piece :

  1. Each couplet consists of four seers in the first line and three seers in the second. A seer is a single or a combination of more than one Tamil word

  2. One of the basis of Tamil Languange as ancient poetic tamil is used in every lines which resembles histroric marvel of ancient Dravidian custom.

  3. Withstood many generation of kingdom/culture/ruler; 2100 years to be exact - where Islamic and British government did not make this literature piece vanish.

  4. All 1330 maxims used not the word 'Tamil' in any lines which makes it is totally readable by people of different languange and culture.

  5. touches all aspects of human including religion, having healthy lifestyle and basic virtues.

  6. this ancient piece was translated into more than 28 languanges, which makes the most translated litrature piece in the world -- [28 languages are Assamese, Bengali, Burmese, Chinese, Czech, Dutch, English, Fijian, Finnish, French, German, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Latin, Malay, Malayalam, Oriya, Punjabi, Polish, Rajasthani, Russian, Sanskrit, Saurashtra, Sinhala, Swedish, Telugu and Urdu]

sketching pencil

can be said theraphy, can be said hobby or maybe just art is an appropriate word for drawing. immortalizing view that we see has its own value when it is done by us using some drawing skills (photography is an art too!!). some of my art sketches ans scribbles:

-playing game of  "guess what im drawing" with lil cousins. turned out to be nice at the end..
- during boring ochem class. figure of anna pakshi which is an imaginary heavenly animal said to grant wiseness and wit.

-majestic and detailed drawing ofGoddess Durg, a embodiment of power of evil forces. eight-armed idol which bears weaponaries and abhaya mudra (boon granting posture) mounts on lion beast to show her universal power. and slayer of Mahisasuran (buffalo headed demon - the one which She is stepping on Padma or lotus)

Hell No!!

what it is about hell? perfect terrifying symbolism (religion wise) of some indefinite location of afterlife. a imagination that we are not sure of its existence but certainly do left a big impact on us. some afraid of it, some mesmerised by the metaphorism and some, like me, wondering what is there? in the hell...

sometimes, we humans tend to look 'what is there' rather than 'what is here'... as time goes by, we are growing into atrocious and selfish humans. usually, money, material and self-entertainment is much in concern rather than any other imagnable stuffs. that made us into what we are now. as selfish and greedy we are growing, we are actually spoiling our integrity and virtues by being too self centered. perhaps, hell is an ancient imaginitive barrier that our ancestors felt it is compulsory to impose such toughts in out mind. smart i would say, idea of hell and its punishments by evil looking demons always amuses me.
fiery couldrons, sharpy weapons, creepy crawlers, scorching heat, scared smeared environment and et cetera are the images being portrayed in hell. a non divine atmosphere that no one will be loved to live in. perfect symbolism for humans to not go against gods virtues and orders. posting such toughts could be good solution psychologically but it is intepreted excessively in most people perspective.

no one have seen it. no one have visited it. but how do they know these details of hell? how they know that some spesific punishment will be given to certain sins? simply how? in my perspective, hell is an abtract evil world which has  no proof of existence being embedded in our mind in a way that certain guidelines are followed. a perfect imagination to not to do any faults.

fear should be in us. not on something ; like the hell
